The mobile home park has, over the years, been developed for the current density use and it is a simple and functional layout. There is a single paved interior road with mobile homes on each side of the road within the park. Access to the bays is good and there is visitor parking available that is used as snow storage in the winter if required. There is no real recreational area within the park with the exception of the area proposed for expansion. However there is an elementary school and playground adjacent to the park. If the expansion of the park was made available an additional road design would be constructed but this would not interfere with of the park.
